DWP Architects of Vietnam has designed a massive mixed-use community named “EverRich 2 Apartments”. It is under construction in Ho Chi Minh City, occupying an area of 6.8 million sq ft with over 3,100 apartments ranging from 1,200 to over 2,500 sq ft.
To make it a self-sustaining community, DWP takes a series of measures. The complex’s green features are highlighted by natural ventilation, sky gardens, green roofs, natural landscaping in the façade, and shading treatments to reduce the energy load of the building. The apartment building is tiered in a manner that allows every apartment to have a magnificent view. Each apartment features an airy roof terrace, as well as views of surrounding greenery. Interiors promise to be equally appealing, with clean lines, neutral shades and lots of natural light. The project is expected to be completed in early 2012, here are some of the pictures, let’s have a look first.
